EANS-Stimmrechte: Delticom AG / Veröffentlichung gemäß § 26 Abs. 1 Satz 1 WpHG mit dem Ziel der europaweiten Verbreitung

1. On May 27, 2010, FIL Limited, Hamilton, Bermuda, has notified us pursuant to section 21 (1) WpHG that his percentage of voting rights in Delticom AG, Hanover, Germany, crossed above the threshold of 3% and amounted to 3.74% of the voting rights (442,420 voting rights) as of May 21, 2010.

Of this amount, 0.04% (4,150 voting rights) is to be attributed pursuant sec. 22 (1) sent. 1 no. 6 in connection with sent. 2 WpHG and 3.70% (438,270 voting rights) is to be attributed pursuant section 22 (1) sent. 1 no. 6 WpHG. The voting rights were attributed to FIL Limited inter alia from Fidellity Funds SICAV, being a shareholder holding 3% or more of the voting rights in Delticom AG.

On May 27, 2010, FIL lnvestment Management Limited, Hildenborough, United Kingdom, has notified us pursuant to section 21 (1) WpHG that his percentage of voting rights in Delticom AG, Hanover, Germany, crossed above the threshold of 3% and amounted to 3.74% of the voting rights (442,420 voting rights) as of May 21, 2010.

All voting rights in Delticom AG were attributed to FIL lnvestment Management Limited pursuant to section 22 (1) sent. 1 no. 6 in connection with sent. 2 WpHG. The voting rights were attributed to FIL lnvestment Management Limited inter alia from Fidelity Funds SICAV, being a shareholder holding 3% or more of the voting rights in Delticom AG.

On May 27, 2010, FIL Holdings Limited, Hildenborough, United Kingdom, has notified us pursuant to section 21 (1) WpHG that his percentage of voting rights in Delticom AG, Hanover, Germany, crossed above the threshold of 3% and amounted to 3.70% of the voting rights (438,270 voting rights) as of May 21, 2010.

All voting rights in Delticom AG were attributed to FIL Holdings Limited pursuant to section 22 (1) sent. 1 no. 6 WpHG in connection with sent. 2 WpHG. The voting rights were attributed to FIL Holdings Limited inter alia from Fidelity Funds SICAV, being a shareholder holding 3% or more of the voting rights in Delticom AG.

4. On May 27, 2010, FIL lnvestments lnternational, Hildenborough, United Kingdom, has notified us pursuant to section 21 (1) WpHG that his percentage of voting rights in Delticom AG, Hanover, Germany, crossed above the threshold of 3% and amounted to 3.70% of the voting rights (438,270 voting rights) as of May 21, 2010.

All voting rights in Delticom AG were attributed to FIL lnvestments lnternational pursuant to section 22 (1) sent. 1 no. 6 WpHG. The voting rights were attributed to FIL lnvestments lnternational inter alia from Fidelity Funds SICAV, being a shareholder holding 3% or more of the voting rights in Delticom AG.

5. On May 27, 2010, Fidelity Funds SlCAV, Luxembourg, Luxembourg, has notified us pursuant to section 21 (1) WpHG that his percentage of voting rights in Delticom AG, Hanover, Germany, crossed above the threshold of 3% and amounted to 3.61% of the voting rights (426,850 voting rights) as of May 21, 2010.
